We won! Now that the votes have been counted, we won yesterday’s Leland mock election with 58% of the vote. This adds to the momentum of this campaign as we enter the final four days before November 7.

Thanks to students from Leland and other Leelanau and Traverse City High Schools for your support. I look forward to working with you in building an even better Michigan.

Now I just hope that all the voters of this district are as enthusiastic as these students about our positive campaign to make sure our local voices are heard once again in Lansing. On to November 7…
